Taste to the last drop You can enjoy the taste
Rokurinsha is synonymous with ultra-thick soup. Or the rough and rugged, masculine tsukemen (dipping noodles).
It is no exaggeration to say that Rokurinsha established the thick soup style of tsukemen that is currently popular nationwide. The ultra-thick soup that is synonymous with Rokurinsha is made by simmering a large amount of ingredients for an enormous amount of time. Finally, the ingredients are crushed by hand until they lose their shape and all of their flavor is extracted.
Rokurinsha’s dipping sauce has evolved over the years by subtly changing the flavor so that our customers do not notice or feel a sense of discomfort. From the selection of ingredients to the preparation and cooking methods, we aim to create an ongoing taste that is 180 degrees different from that of when the restaurant first opened, and we are still pursuing its evolution.
